Backend & Data
AWS Lambda serverless functions handle all backend processing, with NeonDB (serverless Postgres) providing scalable, low-maintenance data persistence. The architecture scales on demand with zero infrastructure overhead.
AI Agent Pipeline
AWS Bedrock powers six coordinated AI agents: voice transcript processing, documentation formatting, ISO 9001 compliance checking, content accuracy review, language translation, and audit workflow orchestration. Each agent has a specific job - together they deliver a finished document.
Auth & Billing
BetterAuth provides the core authentication layer with full Okta integration for enterprise SSO. Stripe powers flexible subscription billing across user tiers, enabling individual, team, and enterprise access models.
Document Control
A full document lifecycle system handles approval routing, version control, audit trails, and publishing access. Every document moves through a defined workflow - from draft through review to certified - with a complete record of who approved what and when.
Localization
